Hello everyone! I’m Anita. In 2018 with my extensive experience in the education field and lots of enthusiasm, I co-founded – Mangiaparole. I’m the School Didactic Director and the co-creator of the IDL – Italian Driver’s License course.

I graduated in Modern Literature with honors at the Sapienza University of Rome, and then I specialized in teaching Italian as a second language at the DILIT International House in Rome, where I worked for eight years.

I taught in many Italian schools in Rome and held courses in associations and family homes for migrant women. I had the opportunity to teach Italian to the Chinese students at the Marco Polo Project at the University of Tor Vergata, to the Erasmus Plus students, to the Gregorian University and many Embassies in Rome.

For many years, I worked with the PLIDA (Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri) as a content creator and examiner, and I trained teachers for the CELI (Certificato di Conoscenza della Lingua Italiana) certification. I am the author of several publications for Alma Edizioni, some of which in collaboration with the PLIDA.

Since 2014 I have been the Italian teacher at the German-Hungarian College in Rome, to which I also offer editing services.

I love to spend my free time with friends, cooking or going for long walks with my family and our puppie, Sandy.

My favorite Italian dish is: I still have to find it. I keep trying all of them!

Interesting fact: for many years I was an activist for the Centro Antiviolenza Donna L.I.S.A in Rome, where I hope to return soon, given to their precious work for our community.
